Relax, Paint and Enjoy

Pottery Corner is a Paint Your Own Pottery studio in Chorlton, Manchester where you can come and paint tableware and ceramics. We will then professionally glaze and fire your items so you can enjoy your very own high quality bespoke works of art for years to come.

We are open for all ages to come and paint for special occasions, gifts, or just for fun. No-one is too young or old and you'll get as little or as much help as you need to paint your piece.

The studio is perfectly situated in the heart of Chorlton surrounded by quaint cafes, quirky galleries and glorious gift shops, ideal for you and yours to get a creative fix.

How it works

• Come in and take a seat.
• Choose your item from our extensive range of unglazed ceramics. We have everything from cups to teapots, from bowls to piggy banks and from plates to platters and even those all important Christmas decorations.
• Inspiration and help are on hand should you need before you put paint to pot.
• When you’ve finished we will glaze and fire your work within a week.

 You pay a £5.00 fee plus the price of the ceramic items you wish to paint, which start from £3.00 per item.

If you’d prefer for us to work up your vision we undertake commissions and create bespoke items.

In addition to the above we also carry out baby hand and footprints in wet clay (please book a space on Tuesdays or Sundays so we can be ready for you).
